Balance top-ups
Top-ups are charged in EUR and credited to your account balance. The balance is used to pay for API usage at the published prices.
Unused balance
Your balance does not expire. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up, minus any usage already charged.
Usage
Charges for completed API usage are not refundable. Failed requests are not charged, and interrupted streams are charged only for delivered tokens.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your payment reference. Refunds are processed manually and returned to the original payment method.
